Refund policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. If you have changed your mind about an item, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

2. If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

3. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email to inform us of your intention to do so. We will provide you with a return address and any other relevant information.

4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. We will refund the original purchase price, including any delivery charges you paid when purchasing the item. However, we will not refund any postage costs incurred in returning the item to us.

Please note that our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
